UV 경화 가능한 acrylate/silica hybrid의 합성 및 경화된 필름의 물성 : pH 변화에 따른 영향

Abstract
Organic-inorganic hybrid polymeric nanocomposites had been synthesized at different pH condition. These nanocomposites showed significant difference in chemical structure and demonstrated by FT-IR and 29Si-NMR analysis.
For making UV-curable organic-inorganic hybrid coatings, these were mixed with trimethylolpropane triacryate(TMPTA) and acrylic oligomer. Applied as hybrid coatings on top of polyethylene terephthalate(PET) films, these nanocomposites were cured by UV irradiator.
All of the organic-inorganic hybrid coatings on top of PET films had a short UV-cure time. Transparency and adhesion of cured films were excellent. However, difference of chemical structure on organic-inorganic hybrid was resulted in different pensile hardness of these cured films.
