- Zn(L2)(NO3)2 (1), {[Zn(L2)(fumarate)]∙2H2O}n (2), {[Zn(L1)(fumarate)]∙DMF}n (3), {[Zn(L1)(fdc)]∙3H2O}n (4), {[Zn(L2)(Fe(fdc)]∙2H2O}n (5), {[Zn(L1)(isoph)]∙5H2O}n (6), {[Zn(L2)(bpdc)]∙H2O}n (7), {[Ni(L1)(Hmal)2]}n (8), {[Ni(L1)(Hdipic)2]∙(H2O)2∙DMF}n (9), {[Ni(L1)(Hisoph)2]∙2DMF}n (10) (L = 3,14-dimethyl-2,6,13,17-tetraazatricyclo [14,4,01.18,07.12]docosane, fdc = 1,1??-ferrocenedicarboxylate, isoph = isophthalate, bpdc = 4,4??-biphenyldicarboxylate, mal = maleate, dipic = 2,6-pridinedicarboxylate) 의 조성을 갖는 10개의 아연(II)과 니켈(II) 화합물을 합성하였고, 원소분석, 분광학 및 X-ray 결정학적 방법을 통해 구조적인 특징을 알아 낼 수 있었다. 일부 착화합물의 경우, 각각의 금속 이온을 polycarboxylate 음이온이 다리연결을 함으로써 1차원 배위고분자를 형성하였다. 1, 8-10번째 착화합물의 구조에서는 금속이온과 음이온 리간드간의 수소결합으로 1차원으로 연결된 1차원 초분자를 형성하였다. 모든 착화합물에서는 다양한 형태의 수소결합 상호작용이 구조적인 기하구조를 결정하는데 중요한 역할을 한다.
Ten new zinc(II) and nickel(II) complexes with the composition Zn(L2)(NO3)2 (1), {[Zn(L2)(fumarate)]∙2H2O}n (2), {[Zn(L1)(fumarate)]∙DMF}n (3), {[Zn(L1)(fdc)]∙3H2O}n, (4) {[Zn(L2)(fdc)]∙2H2O}n (5), {[Zn(L1)(isoph)]∙5H2O}n (6), {[Zn(L2)(bpdc)]∙H2O}n (7), {[Ni(L1)(Hmal)2]}n (8), {[Ni(L1)(Hdipic)2]∙(H2O)2∙DMF}n (9) and {[Ni(L1)(Hisoph)2]∙2DMF}n (10) (fdc = 1,1??-ferrocenedicarboxylate, isoph = isophthalate, bpdc = 4,4??-biphenyldicarboxylate, mal = maleate, dipic = 2,6-pridinedicarboxylate) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by a combination of analytical, spectroscopic and X-ray crystallography. Some complexes show one-dimensional coordination polymers in which each metal ion is bridged by polycarboxylate ions. The structures of 1 and nickel(II) complexes 8-10 extend their mononuclear structures to form 1D supramoecules through hydrogen bonds. In all complexes, various types of hydrogen bonding interactions play an important role in determining the shapes of structural geometries.
