반응동역학을 고려한 천연가스-수증기 개질기의 수치해석 연구

Abstract
The syngas contained the hydrogen is generated from methane steam reformer.
In this study, volume fraction of each molecule component in the syngas was calculated with reactive equillibrium for the theoretical results. The results were compared with experiment data. The optimum reactive conditions of temperature, S/C ratio and pressure were verified.
And the simulation applied reaction dynamics was performed for the additional reactive condition, GHSV(Gas Hourly Space Velocity). Also optimum GHSV was verified. DARS-V2.00 was used for the simulation. The results was compared with theoretical results for the confirmation accuracy.
Additionally, CFD simulation was performed to compare with the results applied reactive equillibrium and reaction dynamics.
