The Influence of Creatine Supplementation on Performance of
Exercise in Cycling

Abstract
The target of the research is the cycle player of B high school which are located in B wide areas city with total 10 people and divined two groups as taken creatine 5 people or non-taken 5 people.
Before instating creatine, explained enough about physiological role and function and intake method in human body to the all of subjects. The type of creatine was monohydrate(USA), does not have a harmful effects and inject to blood of the subjects per weight with 0.3g about the 4 times(morning, lunch, evening, before going to bed) divided to make intake one day and did, (by Chun Yun suck, 2004).
The cycle kinetic program duration of the experiment is 12 weeks also motion strength is for 1~4 weeks as the maximum heart beat which gives 70~80% otherwise, 5~8 weeks the maximum heart beat which gives 80~90% and 9~12 weeks did with 90~95%. The kinetic time warming-up exercise 10 minutes, the original exercise for 2 hours 30 minutes in the morning, 2 hours 30 minutes in afternoon and arrangement 10 minutes for complete the exercise, total did in 5 hours 20 minutes. The kinetic frequency did week 6 circuit.
Obtain the result from the research which sees in order to examine affects in cycle motion by creatine who is the cycle player of B high schools, located in B wide areas city. Therefore, separated 10 people as two groups that intake creatine 5 people and non-take 5 people.
1. Change of muscular power
1) Follows in creatine, intake experimenter changes of the left grasping power which intake creatine groups before exercising from 42.06±7.88kg after exercising to appear with 51.84±10.09kg and 9.78kg increase(p< .05) and consider statistically. creatine non-intake groups before exercising from 54.60±8.49kg after exercising appear with 56.98±7.76kg and they increase with 2.38kg, there was not a difference which considers statistically. There wasn't any difference in between intake group and the non-intake group before exercising but after exercising there was a difference which is minute(p<. 05).
2) Follows in creatine, intake experimenter changes of the right side grasping power which intake creatine groups before exercising from 46.72±6.59kg after exercising appear with 54.70±4.64kg and 7.98kg they increase(p< .01) minutely. One the other side, creatine non-intake groups changes that before exercising from 49.92±5.16kg after exercising appear with 53.22±4.45kg and they increase with 3.3kg statistically there was not a difference in between two groups.
3) Follows in creatine, intake experimenter changes of the back lift or back strength which intake creatine groups before exercising from 152.90±10.32kg after exercising appear with 181.80±12.37kg and 28.9kg they increase and minutely statistically. creatine non-intake groups before exercising from 151.90±12.83kg after exercising appear with 166.50±16.37kg and they increase with 14.6kg, statistically almost there was not a difference.
2. Change of ability to react instantly
1) Follows in creatine, intake presence sergeant jump changes which intake creatine groups before exercising from 49.70±1.98cm after exercising appeared with 56.90±2.96cm and 7.2cm they increased statistically (p< .01). creatine non-intake groups before exercising from 48.20±2.16cm after exercising appear with 51.00±1.87cm and 2.8cm they increase, there was not a difference but there was difference in between two groups after exercising (p< .05) increased minutely.
2) Follows in creatine, intake experimenter the standing long jump which change of the run intake creatine groups before exercising from 226.60±13.27cm after exercising piece other 21.6cm increase far with 248.20±10.05cm and minutely statistically, (p< .01) increased. creatine non-intake groups before exercising from 235.20±6.14cm after exercising appear with 243.407±.23cm and 8.2cm they increase, statistically almost there was not a difference there was not a difference in between two groups.
3. Change of pliability
1) Follows in creatine, intake experimenter of bend forward of flexibility changes which intake creatine group before exercising from 17.60±6.59cm after exercising appear with 23.10±6.84cm and 5.5cm they increase, there was not a difference which statistically is minute. creatine non-intake groups before exercising from 15.52±7.70cm after exercising appear with 19.86±9.92cm and 4.34cm they increase. Resultantly, there was not a difference which statistically is minute.
2) Follows in creatine, intake experimenter of trunk extension backward changes which intake creatine groups before exercising from 41.44±9.61cm after exercising appear with 57.60±12.28cm and 16.16cm they increase, statistically there was not a difference. creatine non-intake groups before exercising from 36.28±18.03cm after exercising appear with 48.42±14.62cm and 12.14cm they increase. Resultantly, there was not a difference which statistically is delicate.
4. Change of cycle record
1) Follows in creatine, intake experimenter changes of 200m records which intake creatine groups before exercising from 12.1720±.41901m/s after exercising appear with 11.5360±.34034m/s and 0.636m/s records are shortened and was visible the difference(p< .05) which is delicate statistically. otherwise, non-intake groups before exercising from 12.3960±.40624m/s after exercising appeared with 12.1800±.36111m/s and the record was shortened with 0.216m/s, statistically there was not a difference. To before exercising but there not to be a difference to after exercising was visible the difference(p< .01) which is minute.
2) Follows in creatine, intake experimenter of the change 1km records which intake creatine groups before exercising from 80.7600±3.60276m/s after exercising appear with 73.5240±1.79951m/s and 7.236m/s records are shortened and was visible the difference(p< .01) which is minute statistically. non-intake groups before exercising from 81.6400±8.21008m/s after exercising appeared with 78.3540±8.30186m/s and the record was shortened with 3.286m/s, but statistically there was not a difference. To creatine non-intake group and the intake group between there was not a difference which statistically is delicate.
