Application Cadastral Topographic Control surveying Using Network RTK-GPS
Abstract
In this research, there is an aim to maximize utilization based on cadastral topographic control surveying for enlarging the scope of application of NetworkRTK-GPS. At the surveying time, the result in baseline analysis for verification of data on reference stations lead that RMSE values are 0.017m, 0.013m, and 0.015m in B1(Busan-Changnyeon
g), B2(Busan-Jinju), and B3(Jinju-Changnyeong). The data on GPS reference station utilized by the study are estimated as the fine result. And the analysis RMSE results are that X axis is 0.029m and Y axis is 0.031m based on the 26 official announced cadastral topographic control points and the adjusted data of Network RTK-GPS, as well as accuracy is increased by 99.4% on X axis and 74.2% on Y axis as compared with prior results to the adjustment. Moreover the results are satisfied in the connection crossing scope of 0.015m which is on the article 54, Cadastral Law Enforcement Regulation. In case of enforcement of a cadastral topographic control surveying based on Network RTK-GPS, it will be necessary to adjust using by check points.
Based on result of this research, henceforth an enforced cadastral topographic control surveying based on Network RTK-GPS method, the method is easy to achieve results more rapidly and accurately as well as efficiently in a commercial part than existing things as a result this is estimated like a practical research.
