A Study on the Development of a Hot Plate
Abstract
In these day, the electric heating devices are remarkably increasing for the ship and other uses. In the ship building industry, we have the most powerful position in the world. However, in the high technique parts and areas, we may not find out a same level's position. For an example, in the kitchenware industry for house and ship, the most products and part materials are supplied from abroad. Especially, the many key suppliers are located in Europe.
Even though the Korea's share in the ship building industry is very high, the share rate in the parts materials and high technology parts is too low.
However there are many reasons which we may easily find out, the main reason is the rare basic technologies in this area.
It means that we may be faced with strong needs for development and laying the foundation for related industries.
So, in this paper, the basic research and approach to develop a hot plate system are introduced.
At first, the basic analysis for finding out what the materials are is performed. Based on this result, the first type molding process and basic technique are obtained. And the evaluation experiment and analysis for the developed hot plate are done. From the several experiments, it is clear that we may obtain the basic technique for development of the hot plate and other part materials etc. Based on this research result, more hopeful technical development for the this research area is anticipated.
