Abstract

Development of computer and communications has aused rapid changes in society and affected the education. Cyber-oriented education type has emerged in school education. It is the education through computer in the surroundings where students can access anytime to learn necessary knowledge, information, technology and attitude delivered using the computer. E-learning is the education given in basis of computer and internet, digital and network is the main focuses of education. E-learning education can deliver proper contents of learning through voice lecture or dynamic gesture and expression of teachers, direct blackboard lecture video, or contents like flash animations and 3D skill, depending on the nature of education. The contents of these e-learning sites belong to the assets of relev ant e-learning solution developer. Accordingly, their assets should not be disclosed or utilized outside, without authorization. While there are several methods of protecting the contents, the assets of e-learning sites, this thesis will use the code protection solution to operate the contents of small and medium-sized e-learning sites more effectively and to protect the source by applying the security solution of effective costs, provided by security solution company for education contents security under special environment of small-medium sized e-learning sites. To provide high quality service of education contents developed and utilized at the small and medium-sized e-learning site, this thesis examined ‘jisic4u.com’, the small and medium-sized e-learning site, currently operated. This thesis aims to study the necessity of security design for the contents operated at these small and medium-sized e-learning sites and to present the infrastructure construction model for utilization of cost effective security solution.
