힙합댄스가 청소년의 건강관련체력, 체중 및 체지방량에 미치는 영향

- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to compared to the effect of the Hip-hop dance program on health related physical fitness, weight and body fat in adolescents. The subjects for this study were 10 adolescents in M Hip-hop dance school in B city.
Variables were used in this study: grasping power, sit-ups, trunk flexion and 1,200m running in health related physical fitness and height, weight and body fat.
The results of this study are as follows:
1. health related physical fitness
1) muscular strength showed statistically meaningful increase 4.95kg from 39.72±6.37㎏ to 44.67±7.80kg(p< .01).
2) muscular endurance showed statistically meaningful increase 5.90times/min from 47.50±11.07times/min to 53.40±10.14times/min(p< .01).
3) cardiovascular endurance showed statistically meaningful decrease 26.40sec from 411.20±85.20sec to 384.80±74.27sec(p< .01).
4) flexibility showed statistically meaningful increase 3.05㎝ from 11.73±2.30㎝ to 14.78±3.53㎝(p< .01).
2. body composition
1) Weight showed statistically meaningful decrease 1.32㎏ from 64.80±8.32㎏ to 63.48±8.58㎏(p< .01).
2) Body fat showed statistically meaningful decrease 1.13㎏ from 11.85±4.90㎏ to 10.72±4.69㎏(p< .01).
3) Percent of body fat showed statistically meaningful decrease 1.39% from 17.70±5.35% to 16.31±5.07%(p< .01).
