Abstract
본 논문에서는 공기의 상태방정식, 에너지 방정식 및 실린더 구동부의 운동방정식을 이용한 공기압 실린더 구동장치의 에너지 효율 평가식을 제안한다. 제안한 평가식의 타당성은 압력용기 및 실린더 구동장치를 이용한 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 검토하였다. 시뮬레이션과 실험에서 구해진 압력, 온도 및 체적변화를 이용하여 동력과 에너지를 계산할 수 있었고 그 결과, 공기압 실린더 구동장치의 에너지 소비량과 에너지효율을 정량적으로 구할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
In this thesis, an evaluation equation of energy distribution of pneumatic cylinder driving apparatus is proposed. From the state equation, energy equation and the equation of motion, the evaluation of energy efficiency of pneumatic cylinder driving apparatus was conducted. In this study, a fixed volume chamber and a cylinder driving apparatus were used to experiment, and power distribution, energy distribution were calculated. As a result, distribution of consumption energy and energy efficiency of pneumatic cylinder driving apparatus was analyzed quantitatively. The effectiveness of the proposed method was proved by comparison of simulation results with experimental results.
