Abstract
Nd and Nb doped BNTN ferroelectic ceramics were prepared by ordinary sintering method at 1150℃. the effects of Nd/Nb co-doping in A/B-site on dielectric, ferroelectric and electrical properties were studied. The Nd/Nb co-doping decreased the low-frequency dielectric dispersion and electrical conductivity. The BNTN ceramics exhibited a high remanent polarization compared to that of BIT. in particular, The Nd/Nb co-doping improved the ferroelectric properties with high remanent polarization. The effects of Nd/Nb co-doping on the dielectric, ferroelectric and electrical properties were investigated by using XRD, dielectric constant, conductivity and ferroelectric P-E hysteresis loop measuremets.
