상추 및 쌈추의 농약 잔류 실태 및 제거효과에 관한 연구

- Abstract
- This study was carried out to investigate the pesticide residues of leafy lettuce (320 samples) and ssamchoo (106 samples) at agricultural products wholesale market in Busan from January to December in 2007. And conducted to experiment the removal efficiency of procymidone and endosulfan in leafy lettuce and ssamchoo by different washing methods. The results obtained were as follow.
Result of the inspection of pesticide residues in agricultural products 426 samples, the residual pesticides were detected 83 samples (19.5%), and detected over MRLs in 15 samples (3.5%). According to kind of agricultural products, detected in leafy lettuce 75 samples (23.4%), ssamchoo 8 samples (7.5%) , and detected in over MRLs leafy lettuce 13 samples (4.1%), ssamchoo 2 samples (1.9%). By collected location, Eom-gung agricultural products wholesale market was detected 52 samples (19.3%) in 270 samples, and detected over MRLs 9 samples (3.3%). Ban-yeo agricultural products wholesale market was deteced 31 samples (19.9%), over MRLs 6 samples (3.8%). By season, the order of detected state was 3rd quarter (27.0%) > 1st quarter (22.4%) > 4th quarter (15.7%) > 2nd quarter (15.3%) and excess frequency was 1st quarter (7.1%) > 3rd quarter (5.7%) > 2nd, 4th quarter (4.3%). Kinds of agricultural chemicals constituent, 19 kinds of pesticides were detected 99 times. Procymidone and endosulfan were detected the highest, also 11 kinds of pesticides were excessed, fosthiazate was the highest. Fungicide was 61 times detected, 6 times excessed. And insecticide 38 times detected, 10 times excessed. Dicarboximide (29 times), organochloric (28 times), acylalanine (16 times), organophosphoric (10 times) were mainly detected. Cultivated land of over MRLs agricultural products was investigated Gyeongsangnam-do gimhae-city (6 times) > Busan metropolitan city (4 times) > Gyeongsangnam-do miryang-city (2 times) > Gyeongsangnam-do hamyang-county, Gyeongsangbuk-do gyeongju-city, Jeollabuk-do namwon-city (each 1 times).
Removal efficiency of procymidone and endosulfan by different washing methods was investigated 0.5% detergent (79.5%) > 10% rice water (73.3%) > 1% green tea (70.1%) > 5% vinegar (68.3%) > tap-water (65.0%). According to agricultural chemicals constituent , procymidone was eliminated 75.2% and endosulfan 67.2%. Removal efficiency by sort of agricultural products, leafy lettuce was 70.1% and ssamchoo 72.3%.
