- Abstract
- Large phase shifts are generally desirable as they result in less correlation and, therefore, higher fault coverage in the testing of VLSI. In this paper, we investigate the phase shifts of the sequences generated by companion matrices of primitive polynomials.
Also we propose an algorithm for finding phase shifts of the sequences.
