중증장애인의 정보격차해소를 위한 웹 기반 정보화교육 시스템 설계

Abstract

The domestic programs to narrow information differentials for the handicapped people are provided with the domestic information technology well constructed by Web-based infrastructure environment. However, in reality, the improvement solutions with a variety of strategies and changed methods in supporting serious handicapped people are needed even if the government takes more aggressive support. In the thesis, the related researches are executed in three fields. First, the assistant machines of the information communication for the handicapped and their related laws are analyzed for some nations. Also, the improvement direction of domestic related laws for the assistant machines is proposed. Second, the current utilization of information machines for the serious handicapped people having blindness, deafness, crippled disorder, a brain disease, or mental disorder is deeply analyzed, and the improvement policies of the machines is presented. Finally, the courses, contents, registration methods, and lecturer programs for the information education of the serious handicapped people are surveyed according to on-line and off-line systems. Also, the improvement methods for current problems of the information education are proposed in detail. In the thesis, we have designed an information education system based on the Web for the serious handicapped people with the above-mentioned related researches. Our system consists of the integrated information system for only handicapped, personalized education contents based on the Web, and the improved machines for the information communication. Also, our proposed system is compared with the existing other systems according to the path to attain the information, the education contents, and the assistant machines. This study contributes to present available improvement methods to solve the problems of current laws and service systems for the serious handicapped with the real experience in educating them.
