Abstract
The field of Virtual Reality(VR) has been recognized as one of the most promising areas of educational technology. Because the VR technique has the powerful ability to make learners immerse in the learning environment through multi sensuous experience. In spite of such an expectation they are still in the meager level to education application because the effective contents are insufficient and implementation of the system is too costly. However, the Augmented Reality(AR) technology which is using simple USB camera and general personal computer without expensive scientific equipment makes it possible to have an experience of virtual reality, and to give possibility as an alternative plan. Augmented reality refers to the combination of the real and the virtual to assist the user in his environment. But it is not easy for teacher to handle skillfully. As a solution to solve it, we design and implement the AR-based contents using a general multimedia authoring software, Director, and simple script language, Lingo, without understanding complicated programming language. And we apply this content to teach in a class of one high school and we try to search an education application possibility.
