Webwork 시스템을 활용한 경영수학 교수-학습지도 방안

Abstract

본 논문에서는 경영수학 입문 교과목을 수강하는 P대학 경상계열 학생들을 대상으로 학생실태 설문조사와 기초학력 진단평가를 실시하고, 다양한 학습지도 방법을 활용하여 그 개선방안을 찾아보고자 하였다. 특히, 고등학교 과정에서 미적분학을 공부한 적이 없는 경상계열 학생들이 대학에서 경영수학 교과목을 수강하는데 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있으므로, 인터넷 기반의 과제물 관리 시스템인 Webwork를 활용하여 과제를 부여하여 학업 성취도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 효율적인 경영수학 교과목의 교수-학습지도 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 Webwork 활용 과제점수와 수강교과목 취득성적의 상관관계를 조사한 결과, 학업성적에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며, Webwork시스템을 활용한 과제 수행에서 수강학생들의 수준을 고려한 수준별 문항 제시, 교과내용과 수준을 교려한 과제 부여횟수와 과제별 문항수의 수준에 따른 답안입력 횟수와 배점 등에 대한 세심한 배려가 요청되었다.

In this thesis, we conduct a questionnaire survey on the actual conditions and the test on the basic scholastic ability of the students who register for the course, Introduction of Business Mathematics. We want to find the ways to improve the teaching-learning methods for this course. Especially, the registered students have difficulties in following the course because they have not studied Calculus in their high school. So we give them several assignments on the Webwork system an internet basee homework management. And we propose a teaching-learning method suitable for the course. According to the study, we found a correlation between the total scores of the assignments on the Webwork system, we will need thoughtful consideration about the problems in assignments, the total numbers of inputting the answers onf the system, etc., based on the scholastic ability of the students and the learnde contents in the class.
