교수자를 위한 교수-학습 지원시스템 설계 및 구현

Abstract

본 연구에서 구현한 교수-학습 지원시스템은 교수자들의 의견교환의 장을 마련하여 효과적인 강의가 이루어져 학습자들의 만족도 향상에 목적이 있다. 교수자인 교수자가 직접 설문을 통해 학습자들의 의견을 수렴할 수 있으며, 질의응답을 통해 교수자와 교수자, 교수자와 학습자, 학습자 상호 간에 상호 의견 교환을 할 수 있다. 교수자로 하여금 강의를 지원할 수 있는 공간이 지원되어 오프라인에서 이루어지지 못한 학습자들과 교수자들 간의 다양한 의견교류와 학습지원, 피드백을 통해서 학습효과를 배가할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 또한 권한의 계층화를 통해 레벨별로 시스템에서 다른 메뉴와 기능을 이용할 수 있게 구현하였다. 현재 교육 환경의 패러다임의 변화로 인해 사이버교육 및 원격교육이 널리 확산되고 있고 정보의 홍수 속에서 그에 따른 여러 가지 시스템이 개발되어 있으나 강의기간이 끝나버리면 사용을 못하게 되거나 정보가 제공되지 않는 등의 단점이 있다. 이에 따라 본 시스템과 같이 강의가 종료된 이후에도 지속적인 의사소통의 공간이 되고 계속해서 정보교환이 될 수 있는 시스템 개발이 계속 개발되어 원격교육의 활성화에 도움이 되었으면 한다. 본 시스템은 정보를 교환함에 있어 웹이라는 공간만을 사용하였는데 더 나아가 모바일 및 미니 컴퓨팅, PDA, 임베디드 등의 환경에서의 정보교환 시스템과의 결합, 다양한 유비쿼터스 기술과 결합된 자동화된 교수-학습 지원시스템의 결합 등이 필요할 것이다.

The utilization of Internet is rapidly growing in our life and we cannot imagine the worlds of work, study and business without Internet usage due to the desire to seek information more conveniently and quickly through Internet. In this paper, we propose an open communication space for teachers and instructors to increase satisfaction of the learners through the provision of high quality lecture services. With this the teaching and learning community related to an individual course enables teachers to prepare for a lecture by providing advanced knowledge and technology on the latest trends and notices. And the proposed lecture support system facilitates interactive and effective lecturing systems through sharing lecture notes and information on learners among teachers and instructors. As Computer Assisted Instruction(CAI) is currently operated in many places, the lecturing systems are often given by teachers and instructors as many cooperation specializing in education and training have been disappearing due to a lack of competitiveness. It is very rare for independent teacher and instructor to utilize cooperate systems, while some cooperations have introduced systematic learning management system due to the proliferation of cyber education. The proposed lecture support system is expected to be utilized by many teachers and instructors who want effective resources and efficient lecture support systems. Further more development and popula-rization of an upgrade system is also anticipated.
