경관색채의 용도지역 간 배색유형에 관한 비교 연구

Abstract

도시의 경관 및 미관을 개선하기 위한 노력이 대두하고 있는 현 시점에, 정부는 경관법안 제정 등의 노력을 통해 도시환경 개선에 애를 쓰고 있다. 특히 광역자치단체의 주변으로 생성되고 있는 신도시의 경우는 계획도시의 개념 적용과 함께 각종 지구단위계획 수립과 함께 관련지침의 제정 및 건축 관련 자문 및 심의 등을 실시하여, 건축설계 상의 세부 계획에 관해 깊이 관여하며 새로운 도시질서 형성에 애쓰고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 이러한 지침 및 가이드라인 등이 세부적인 도시 및 건축 계획, 그리고 개략적인 도시 경관에 대해서 규정짓고 있음에도 불구하고, 신도시 건설이 어느 정도 이루어진 후의 도시 경관은 처음 구상되어진 도시설계의 방향과 일치하지 않거나 도시의 전체 실정과 조화를 이루지 못 하는 경우가 빈번하게 발견되어지곤 한다. 특히 경관계획 중 색채계획에 있어서는, 색채계획이 도시 경관을 드러내어주는 가장 1차적인 요소 임에도 불구하고, 인접 건물 간의 색채의 조화에 대한 고려가 이루어지지 않거나 전반적인 지역·지구에 대한 명확한 색채 규정의 부재로 인해 도시경관의 연속성을 해치는 경우가 발생하기도 하며, 각 용도지역 간의 차별 및 조화에 대해서도 문제점을 드러내고 있다. 도시 내 용도지역 간에 발생하는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서는, 도시 전체의 경관 개선을 위한 노력과 함께 구도심의 지속적인 경관 개선 노력이 병행되어야 하며, 이와 동시에 신도시의 체계적인 경관계획을 통한 신·구 도심의 조화가 필요하다. 본 연구에서 양산 신도시 1단계 지역을 통해 살펴 본 결과, 신도시를 형성함에 있어 가장 1차적인 용도지역 간의 특성을 보여줄 수 있는 경관색채의 사용은 모호한 주조색, 보조색, 강조색의 정의보다는 다소 구체적인 색상 가이드라인의 선정과 함께 이러한 색상 가이드라인을 가장 잘 표현할 수 있는 외장마감재에 대한 선정도 함께 연구되어 이와 관련된 규정을 만들고, 꾸준히 계도되어질 때 보다 정리된 도시의 모습을 형성할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 도시의 지역별 경관색채 구분 및 지역 내 경관색채의 조화를 이끌기 위해서는 보다 구체적이고 광역적인 경관색채의 정비와 함께 지역 단위 별 경관색채의 정비가 함께 이루어져야 하며, 부수적으로 지역별 경관색채를 가장 잘 표현할 수 있는 외장마감재에 대한 고려가 함께 병행될 경우에 도시 내 경관색채의 정비가 원활하게 이루어질 것으로 사료된다.

Recently as the interest in the aesthetic plan of the city is increasing, the law of the aesthetic plan is about to be established. Thus, we are going to find out the distinction and the harmonization of the landscape color among the city zone throughout this research going with the current trend. As a result of the research focused on the new town and the surroundings of Yangsan, there is an overwhelming distinction between adjacent service areas where need the continuity of the street aesthetic, on the contrary there is a problem which has a similarity between the service areas where need rather distinction. To resolve this issue in the city zone, we must make an aesthetic plan as soon as possible for the maintenance of the old town, at the same time we need to influence on the new town plan continuously to try to improve the aesthetic of the city zone. After we reviewed the 1st stage area of Yangsan New Town in this research, the use of the landscape color which can show the primary characteristics among the service areas to form a New Town, will be able to design the better organized city with a selection of somewhat concrete color guideline rather than a definition of vague main color, supporting color, and stressed color not only by studying a choice of exterior material that can express this color guide line very well but also by making related rules with a steady guide. In consequence, to lead the sectionof landscape color in city area and the harmony of landscape color within a region, we believe that the maintenance of landscape color in the city will go on smoothly by consolidating landscape color of each regional sector as well as more concrete and wider landscape color, by going side by side incidentally with a consideration about exterior material which can express regional landscape color best.
