공동주택단지의 생태학적 계획 경향에 관한 연구

Abstract

사회 전반에서 환경 문제가 본격적으로 제기되고 건축에 있어서도 그 개발을 목표로 하는 경향이 부각되고 있으나 그에 대한 연구가 부족한 것이 현실이다. 도시에 있어서도 다양한 활동이나 구조를 자연의 생태계가 가지고 있는 다양성, 자립성, 안정성 그리고 순환성에 가깝도록 계획하고 설계하는 접근을 시도해야만 하였으며 주거단지 내 생태도시계획론은 “쾌적한 생활환경”에의 요구 “차세대를 위한 지구환경에의 배려”와 “인간과 생물과의 공생”이라는 과제에 대한 탈현대적 새로운 통찰을 통해 기존의 도시계획과 환경계획에 하나의 대안으로 제시하고자 한다. 인류의 생존문제는 환경과 직결됨이 인간에 있어서 생활의 기반임과 동시에 이를 자원으로 현명하게 보전 이용함으로서 장기적, 계획적인 경제발전을 가능하게 해주는 것이다. 따라서 사회전반에 걸쳐 친환경적 생태적인 페러다임이 주류를 이루고 있다. 생태주거단지의 다양한 개념의 복합체이자 종합체라고 할 수 있으며 건축의 생태학적 의미는 건축적 기능보다도 생태학적 환경이라는 방향에서 접근해야 한다. 1990년대까지 이뤄진 아파트에 대한 연구는 대부분 판상형 아파트를 대상으로 하였다. 1990년대 중반까지만 해도 우리나라 공동주택의 주동형식은 판상형이 대부분이었기 때문이다. 그동안 소수의 탑상형 주동이 등장하지만 그 역할은 미약하였으며 대중적인 선호를 얻지 못하였다. 그러나 1990년대 후반 이후 건설경기 활성화를 위한 정부 정책과 함께 상업지역에 건축 가능한 주상복합아파트가 인기를 얻으면서 높은 분양가에도 불구하고 많은 탑상형 주동이 등장하게 되었다. 도심지에 초고층 탑상형으로 지어지는 주상복합아파트는 결과적으로 판상형 위주의 우리나라 공동주택 계획에 큰 변화를 일으키게 되었다. 이로 인해 2000년대 들어서 아파트 평면에 대한 연구가 다시 활기를 띄고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서 2000년도 이후에는 어떤 생태적 경향이 일어나고 있는지에 대해 2000년도 이후 현상설계에 당선된 탑상형 아파트를 대상으로 연구하여 분석한 결과 실외의 생태학적 항목에 관한 사례 적용은 외국의 단지들 보다 많이 이루어지고 있으나, 실내의 생태학적 항목에 관한 사례 적용은 외국의 단지들 보다 적게 이루어지고 있다. 자연에너지 활용에 관한 계획도 이루어 지지 않고 있었다. 따라서 거주자의 주 생활공간인 실내의 생태학적 적용 시스템과 자연에너지 활용에 관한 적용 시스템이 앞으로는 보다 많이 필요 할 것이다. 또한, 단지 규모와의 상관성을 찾아보면 단지의 규모가 커질수록 생태학적 항목 적용 이 많아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 가장 최근 계획 경향을 이해하는데 도움을 주고자 하는데 있다. 추후 실제 생태학적 항목의 사용 현장에 대한 거주후 평가 분석의 연구가 필요하리라고 본다.

Environment-related issues have been increasingly raised recently over theentire areas of society and the construction tends to focus on development itself, but the study on such tendency lags behind. A variety of activities and structure in the urban area should have been planned designed in such a way of being familiar with the variety, independency and circularity, and with regard to Eco-City Planning Theory, the study was intended to propose as alternative for city planning and environment planning in response to the requirement for "pleasant living environment" and "consideration of global environmentfor the sake of next generation" and "coexistence of human and the biological world, breaking from the traditional ideology. The survival of the human is directly affected by the environment, which serves the base of human’s living. Thus the approach of sustaining and using the resources wisely will lead to a long-term and systematic economic development. Hence, environment-friendly and eco paradigm is the main stream in the society. It’s the complex of the diverse concepts in the eco residential complex, and ecological meaning of the architecture shall be identified in an ecological way, rather than architectural functions. The studies on apartment buildings until 1990 were mostly about the plank-type structure because the apartment buildings constructed until the mid-1990s were mostly plank-type. Though a small number of tower apartment buildings have been introduced, it failed to draw public’s attention. Then since the late 1990s when the government policies to boost the construction industry began to take effect, coupled with the booming residential-commercial buildings, a considerable number of tower-type apartment buildings have been emerged, despite of relatively high cost. High-rise tower apartment buildings in the city eventually caused the changes to the apartment construction dominated by plank type apartment Thanks to such a tendency, the study on apartment plan has been put on a track again since 2000. In the wake of studying on tower apartments, a prize design, to identify the any ecological changes in the apartment construction, application of exterior ecological considerations appeared to have been on the rise compared to foreign cases, but less in interior ecological field, not to mention the planning on the use of natural resources. Such results indicated the need for applying ecological system inside the building, which provides the resident’s main living space as well as the natural resource utilization plan. In view of the scale of the complex, the larger the complex the more the ecological considerations. The study was aimed at helping better understand the currenttendency, and the analysis and evaluation after occupying the apartment complex, where the ecological considerations are applied, would be necessary.
