기업의 정태적·동태적 기술역량 분석을 통한 기술전략 수립에 관한 연구

Abstract

Considering the environmental changes such as trade conflicts and economic uncertainty, and the changing of the product life cycle, securing differentiated technical competency is essential for the survival and success of the company. It is important to understand the internal competency of the company and implement a competency-based strategy, but there is insufficient research on how to systematically derive and utilize it. This study will suggest a way to derive element technology from the perspective of the company's technical capabilities and its human resources technology and to subdividing and structure the technology by utilizing the science and technology classification system. In addition, I presented strategic judgment criteria for acquiring technology through matching with the company's technical capabilities with respect to the discovery of technical opportunities and introduced the case of technology strategy establishment of midsize company S to confirm the feasibility of research models and methods. This study is expected to provide a variety of implications, such as analysis methods for the technical competency of companies and strategic criteria for acquiring technology, as well as the management of core technologies and personnel, identifying technical gaps with competitors, and research on finding new technical opportunities utilizing KSIC-IPC linkage.
