- 본 실험은 사료내 생균제가 치어기 무지개송어와 강도다리의 성장, 혈액 및 비특이적 면역반응에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 8주간의 실험 후 성장, 비특이적 면역반응, 장내 총균수, pH 측정 및 질병저항성에서 단일•복합생균제가 항생제 대체 물질로 효과를 나타내는 것으로 확인 되었다.
Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary probiotics on growth performance and non-specific immune responses in rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss, and in starry flounder, Platichthys stellatus. After 8 weeks of the feeding trial, single and multi- probiotics could be beneficial as a replacement of antibiotics on growth performance, non-specific immune responses, small intestinal total bacterial count, pH and disease resistance in rainbow trout and starry flounder.
