- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of job stress and soothing ability on burnout of early childhood teachers and the moderating effect of soothing ability in the relationship between early childhood teachers job stress and burnout.
The following research was established in order to achieve the purposes of this study.
1. Job stress in early childhood teachers burnout How does it affect?
2. Soothing ability of the early childhood teachers do some role in regulating the relationship between job stress and burnout?
For this study, the participants in this was 271 early childhood teachers working in private kindergartens, daycare center, and completed questionnaire survey of job stress, soothing ability, burnout.
These data was analyzed by using SPSS For Windows 18.0.
The results of this study are as follows:
First, higher job stress had a significant influence on burnout of early childhood teacher.
Second, early childhood teachers meaning in soothing ability meaningfully influenced to their burnout.
Third, the soothing ability has been demonstrated that there is a effect relationship between early childhood teachers job stress and burnout.
These results indicate that soothing ability an important variable to reducing burnout of early childhood teachers.
