음식물류 폐기물 및 하수슬러지의 혐기성 생분해성 증진을 위한 초음파 전처리
- Abstract
- Recently, Research and development of the pre-treatment of the sludge is active in order to improve the efficiency of the anaerobic digestion process. Anaerobic digestion process is subjected to hydrolysis, fermentation and methanogenesis step. Pretreatment process of the sludge increases the sludge hydrolysis and biodegradable.
This study research increase of Solublization and Increased anaerobic digestion efficiency ,When was changed the food waste and Municipal Wastewater Sludge the ultrasonic irradiation time (min) and irradiation density (W/mL) and the mixture ratio (FW/SW)
When the mixing ratio is 0%, 17% and the irradiation time(min) is more than 19min and irradiation density (W/mL) is more than 1.9W / mL, solublization rate is showed more than 28%. When the mixing ratio of 50%, 83%,100% and irradiation time (min) is more than 9min and irradiation density (W/mL) is more than 1.9W / mL, solublization rate is showed more than 36%.
When the mixing ratio is 0%, 17% and the irradiation time(min) is more than 19min and irradiation density (W/mL) is more than 1.9W/mL, CH4 Prodcution is showed more than 1000mL. When the mixing ratio of 50%, 83%, 100% and irradiation time (min) is more than 9min and irradiation density (W/mL) is more than 1.9W / mL, CH4 Prodcution is showed more than 1600mL.
In conclusion, efficient operation conditions of Ultrasonic Pretreatment is determined to be irradiation time (min) 16.5 min, irradiation density (W/mL), the mixture ratio 83%, 100%.
