지역별 온도변화와 질환별 사망자수와의 관계연구

Abstract

In literatures, many results are reported for the association between temperature changes and the disease deaths. In this paper, we consider the ischaemic heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases from 1993 to 2012 in seven metropolitan cities of Korea. Data are arranged by weekly intervals. For the analysis, Poisson regression model with transition time lag effect is considered specially for the aged ≥65 year deaths in Seoul. The results show that daily difference of temperatures have statistically significant association for the ischaemic heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases. In conclusion, the greater change of the daily temperature gives the higher the mortality rate.
