Abstract

In this study, we carried out a theoretical review of the key requirements of the Hidden Champion through the literature to define the criteria for the establishment of the Korean Hidden Champion. It was derived from the following key requirements of the hidden champions, ① global market share of the world market share requirements 1-3 above ② country's competitiveness sweet spot (sweet spot) as an intermediate company needs to act ③ global orientation requirements associated with the firm's competitiveness in the global market ④ technology-based enterprises based on innovative research and development requirements (Technology Based Firm) ⑤ The results are above average sales growth (growth potential) requirements, such as domestic peers
Policy proposals are needed to redefine the concept of simplicity and unity of fostering growth objectives in a way that can be naturally guided step-by-step business growth, not only by supporting candidates and the selection criteria when selecting a company exports.For assistance scheme and support information to be led now simple and companies themselves to meet the growth stage of the target company rather than a structured support package key type support and management to design and offer real support needs.
Government and support agencies should be conducted to support the consumer's personalized support to assess the validity and applicability of the proposed assistance such as the receipt of request.
This prevents together to strengthen such a thorough review and site visits for eligibility waste of limited resources to give practical help to businesses in need of assistance should be thorough pre and post administration.
By performing diagnostics capabilities to expand the company to all the candidates in the early stages of the company is also expanding, with the base of a candidate enterprises through the establishment of long-term growth roadmap to create an environment in which to raise the self-development ability of the enterprise.
