개인적 특성과 정보시스템 사용자 만족도간의 영향 모델에 관한 연구 : P사의 사례 중심으로

Abstract

기업에서 정보기술은 단순한 효율성 증대의 차원뿐 만아니라 경영 전략적 차원 까지 다양하게 활용되며 기업 운영에 있어 가장 중요한 핵심 요소로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 정보시스템의 성공적인 운영을 위해서는 이를 이용하는 사용자의 만족도가 영향을 미친다는 것을 많은 선행 연구로 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업 정보시스템의 최종 사용자의 개인특성과 조직특성으로 인해 시스템 유용성과 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하는 연구이다. 연구대상은 부산 소재의 중소기업 P사의 정보 시스템과 최종 사용자(EUC)이다. 따라서 본 연구는 실 사용자 관점에서의 설문조사를 실시하여 현재 P사에 구축되어져 있는 정보시스템의 기능 현황 및 정보시스템에 대한 전반적인 만족도, 정보시스템이 가지고 있는 기능에 대한 구축 수준 만족도에 대한 분석을 하였으며, 이를 통하여 정보시스템에 대한 실 사용자들의 개인특성과 조직특성에 따른 전반적인 만족도와 정보시스템이 가지고 있는 기능에 대한 만족도를 분석하여 앞으로 정보 시스템이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Abstract

Information technology companies, as well as the dimensions of the simple efficiency strategic management and business operations to take advantage of a variety of the most important emerging as a key element. Successful operation of the information system in order to utilize it affects the user's satisfaction that can be found in many previous studies. In this study, the characteristics of users' personal information and system quality and user satisfaction, perceived usefulness to understand the impact. Small study of the Busan P company's information system and the user is affiliated. Therefore, in this study in terms of the actual user surveys of overall satisfaction with the usefulness of the information system for the analysis, which was on the user experience through the active use of factors that influence the efficient operation of the plan for the future information system presented.
