L28/32H 중속 디젤엔진용 연료분사펌프의 국산화 가능성에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- Diesel engines are used widely for farming machines, industry machines, building machines, because they have excellent performance. They were developed by Rudolf Diesel about 100 years ago. On the other hand, domestic companies manufacturing diesel engines for the ship have a short history.
So they have been importing primary parts of the diesel engine from abroad. Especially the fuel injection pumps which determine the performance of diesel engines almost have been imported totally from Germany and Japan. Therefore the fuel injection pumps should be developed in domestic for preventing foreign exchange loss.
In this study I have manufactured a L28/32H fuel injection pump by domestic technology, then measured the major parts of fuel injection pump to analyze it precisely.
The experimental apparatus has been made especially to evaluate the performance of the fuel injection pumps manufactured in a domestic P corporation and a foreign N corporation, then the injection pressure and the injection quantity of those have been investigated and compared with each other.
As a result, principal dimensions, injection times, pressure delivery speeds, max. injection pressures and injection quantities of fuel which could affect the engine performances were almost similar each other, while residual pressures for fuel injection pump of P corporation were higher than one of N corporation due to the force of the delivery valve spring.
Therefore I have conformed that it could be possible to localize the L28/32H fuel injection pump using domestic technology.
