스마트워크 기반 모바일 농작물 손해사정 시스템 개발
- Abstract
- Recently, the spread of the various smart devices such as a smart phone, tablet and smart television is accelerating the development of the smart work era in which enables the person to work freely regardless of place and time. This enables the various application to share information on the network. The claims surveying company requires the member to have expertises and share the information quickly for the fast response to the environments. This enables the integrated management of information and the recreation of the business knowledge, and it is necessary that the advanced IT technology is added to the IT-based integrated management system of the claims surveying. "The mobile system of the claims surveying based on the smart work“ is a fusion of knowledge services and IT sectors and causes the higher synergy effect to the claims surveying work. The B2B typed existing management system of the claims surveying was developed with an emphasis on simple business functions of the client company. But it consumes a lot of resources by the lack of contents, the control of the system and the on-site support and upgrades. So in this study, the research about the development of the cloud-based smart work system of the claims surveying is performed for the easy access of general users besides the communication function for the support of the business processing between consumers and suppliers.
