자원재활용센터의 재활용 공정에 대한 생태효율성 평가
- Abstract
- In this study, we evaluate the eco-efficiency for recycling processes of Busan Resources Recycling Center for each year from 2010 to 2012.
It analyzed the impact of global warming on the power consumption by Life Cycle Assessment. Also calculated the economic value by net profit components those are sales amount and electric charge in accordance with the process operation.
On the basis of these results, each of the eco-efficiency Factor analysis and dynamics analysis of 2011 and 2012 as the base year to 2010 are performed. Also additional eco-efficiency assessment of scenarios about the process improvement was analyzed.
As a result, before the facility improvement, the impact of global warming is increased and net profit is decreased in all the recycling processes. These results are because power consumption has increased gradually. Also, the eco-efficiency results of the entire recycling process are decreased and the eco-efficiency trend analysis results of the entire process are located on the Fully non Eco-efficiency (--) level.
However, after the facility improvement, the impact of global warming is reduced in all the recycling processes. And net profit is decreased in can, glass bottle, styrofoam recycling process but increased in plastic, film, paper recycling facility. In addition, the eco-efficiency results of the entire recycling process are increased and the eco-efficiency trend analysis results in can, glass bottle, styrofoam recycling process are located on the Half Eco-efficiency (+) level but plastic, film, paper recycling process are located on the Fully Eco-efficiency (++) level.
Therefore, we are necessary improvements of the facilities for power consumption reducing to further the environmental and economically sustainable direction.
