판매반응 출고시스템 구현을 통한 의류 산업에서의 효율적 출고관리 시스템의 개발

Abstract
In the domestic apparel market which is under big influence of domestic demand economy, the cooling down circumstances of domestic and foreign real economy was enough reason for the domestic apparel companies to have greater sense of urgency. To overcome this crisis, many apparel companies made a lot of attempts to optimize their production, distribution and logistics and so on.
And logistics have larger share than any others particularly in apparel industry. Despite this distinctiveness of the industry, many domestic apparel companies made a choice to increase overseas production for better competitiveness against adverse domestic apparel industry with recession of domestic demand and increase of production costs due to wage raise.
This kind of phenomenon makes variations in volume of stocked goods in logistic centers, thus there are difficulties in operation of center works efficiently and designedly. But still, these companies have configured optimal logistics system through automation and mechanization for better operation of logistics business with effectiveness and design. And recently they have improved their logistic process by construction of garment-specialized logistics center and installation of automatic warehouse. Also, they appear to try to reduce logistical costs through expanding their supply capacity.
As mentioned above, under these tough conditions for production of garment companies, their current logistical work process needs the supply of materials with right time and right place as well as right pace, and the change to customer-focused logistical environment from supplier-focused one due to past limited volume of shipments.
However, current releasing work process has been usually made through the distribution which is subjectively predicted by MD. It has resulted in inefficient supply, and this inefficient supply had made delay to each sales representatives. Consequently, it caused difficulty in improving customer satisfaction.
In this study, I have presented the new Sales and Response Release System which is feasible for efficient supplement by objective understanding the supply from the sales via POS. In addition, with acknowledging the current status and problems of the existing Sales and Response Release System, I have introduced new system that directly reflects the particularities such as inventory conditions of stores and warehouse, its constraints and other kinds of information. Based on above, the new ideas for improving the efficiency for logistics and distribution work process have been presented.
With application of new Sales and Response Release System, the lead time for sales process can be reduced, moreover, rapid product supply have resulted in increasing of the response supply which can bring improvement of customer satisfaction. Also, it was proven its effectiveness by comparing the cases with or without the system to “P Company” for real. And the plan is to continuously improve and modify the system along with consistently changing logistics environment and work process of apparel companies for not to be temporary apply or partial improvement.
Besides, there should be change of thinking of all departments of whole company as well as a decision-maker to resist the decline in effectiveness of this study. With all above are fulfilled, it will be possible to generate the best result of improvement as this study has presented.
