한국의 대중국 수산물 교역구조변화에 대한 연구:2005∼2013년 무역특화지수를 활용하여

Abstract
This paper studies the change of the specialized export products whose index is higher than 0.67 of TSI and the specialized import products whose index is lower than –0.67 of TSI. First, in the trade between China and Korea, compared with the specialized export products, the specialized import products occupy absolute advantage. However, according to the increase in the trend from 2005∼2013, the specialized export products steadily increase meanwhile the proportion of import trade specialized products continued to decline.
At the aspect of specialized products on the export to China, amount of exports rapidly grow with the rate of growth of 16.4%. It follows from this that the amount of exports of fisheries products from Korea to China grows much faster than the amount of exports from China to Korea over the same period. The amount and the unit-price of exports of the specialized export products from Korea to China both rapidly increase. However, the amount and the unit-price of imports of the specialized import products from Korea to China do the opposite.
The results of the analysis from above, after the conclusion of the FTA between Korea and China, comparative advantage of exports from Korea to China has improved. At present, most of the view about Korean aquaculture industry, that after the conclusion of the FTA between Korea and China, the trade of fisheries products import and export between the two countries will further expand. Trade tariffs for aquatic products in Korea are higher than that in China. So then, after the launching of the FTA between Korea and China, trade tariffs were removed. Low prices of Chinese fisheries products will be a large margin in Korean market. It will be a big blow to Korean fisheries industry. Based on the results of analysis about the trade specialization index (TSI) from 2005∼2013, the competitive in the exports from Korea to China has been improving. If Korean fisheries products are prepared enough, fisheries industry will expand the export on the contrary.
