DiSC 행동유형에 따른 한국인의 피난행동모델 개발

Abstract

Recently, large-scale accidents happening because behaviour of human are becoming worse, At present, various researches on building fires and disasters are being conducted, but most of them focus on structural aspects with little attention to humans. In fact, understanding of human behaviours is of great importance in reducing loss of human lives. In disastrous situations such as the Sewol ferry disaster and the urban apartment fire in Uijeongbu, the loss of human lives may be either reduced or increased depending on human behaviours in response. Although people may seem to think or act differently, there are some types in common. Psychology examines characters and behaviours of humans and classifies people into certain types. One of these classifying methods is “DiSC behaviour types” which divide humans into four types. This study classifies individuals DiSC behaviour types based on the result of a survey, in which pairwise comparison questions are used regarding evacuation behaviour upon a fire, and the importance of each behaviour type is examined through the Analytic Hierarchy Process analysis. The correlation between DiSC behaviour types and evacuation behaviours is examined, based on which evacuation plans, strategies, and methods are suggested.
