X-선 조사에 따른 생쥐의 임피던스 변화와 간 조직의 전자현미경적 변화

Abstract
Purpose To evaluate the effect of radiation exposure, the electrical impedance and Histological changes on rat's hepatic tissue were investigated. And those result were compared with pre-radiation exposed data and post-radiation exposed data.
Materials and Methods The SPF rat’s total body were irradiated with 1Gy, 5Gy, 10Gy, 20Gy and the sacrificed at indicated times. To study electrical impedances of pre-radiation exposed data and post-radiation exposed data were examined a HP-4194A Impedance/Gain-phase analyzer instrument. Histological changes of rat's hepatic tissue were examined through electron microscopy.
Results
1. After the measurement electrical characteristics of normal rat, no significant histologic changes are noted. The nulei are intact in shape and size. The microarchiteture of the hepatic tissues are maintained.

2. Impedance absolute values were gradually dropped in radiation exposure dose.

Conclusion Irradiation of the rat induced impedance decrease that are probably induced by increasing extracellular fluid.
