Abstract
To ensure proper functioning of electrical and mechanical systems, cooling devices are of great importance. Common heat sink is used in a lot of the heat sink. The heat sink is manufactured using aluminum. Up to aluminum producers in Russia and reductions in production in the US the first half of 2014 global aluminum production is estimated that the lack of demand by 23 million tons. Accordingly, as the aluminum market is expected to be in short supply this year, following the lead price increases are expected. Thus, the need for development of a variety of heat dissipating material is a material with increased reality.
Adding nanoparticles to the elastic modulus, the transmission characteristics and to improve the processing properties PLA nanocomposite and the body insertion easy implant the shape-memory type for creating for PLA, PLA nanoparticles and PLA three-dimensional scaffold for the modification of the PLA, it is important to make.
In this study, we are using the PLA to produce a heat sink. It permeates the nano silver and an epoxy resin in the pores of the activated carbon to produce a nucleating agent. Mixing the conductive filler in the insulating crystallization nucleating agent. Then, the vegetable PLA compounded with the insulating material and generates a crystallization nucleating agent to a biodegradable plastic compound. To pelletize a heat sink for LED, and applies the LED driving was described for the LED lamp when the thermal properties. The samples were pelleted by honham to produce a heat sink for LED. It is attached to the LED module. To drive the complete LED lamps were measured for thermal property.
