선루프 모터 과열 방지를 위한 Thermal Protection 알고리즘 개발

Abstract
Thermal protection is function which is protected the motor from motor overload by operation continuously. This function requires to protect the motor low performance by motor overload and the customer safety by vehicle fire. Recently, Many sunroof system has been applied to prevent low performance of the motor by overheat. To design the thermal protection algorithm, Real motor is simulated until 70 degree with operation continuously. Also, this motor is refrigerated naturally with non-operation until about 25 degree. and then each data is gotten by simulation test. But, to apply the thermal protection algorithm requires the motor operating speed and operating voltage. The thermal protection algorithm is designed with separated the increasing data and the decreasing data to be applied the motor operating speed and operating voltage. The thermal protection algorithm is checked about applied motor. The result by the simulation of the thermal protection algorithm is to be protected about 70 degree.
