스테인레스 스틸 마이크로 분말을 소결한 용접형 판형 열교환기의 열전달 특성에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- Plate-type heat exchangers are high performance and compact. They are widely used for heat exchange with non-Newtonian fluids and single-phase flow because they can respond by increasing the number of channels in accordance with the heat quantity. The plate-type heat exchangers can’t be used at high pressure.
A newly developed blazing-type plate heat exchanger for high pressure (4.5MPa) is frequently used as an evaporator for refrigeration systems or OTEC system. It is necessary to form the boiling surface to promote nucleate boiling heat transfer.
However, there is not enough research on nucleate boiling heat transfer in the brazing-type heat exchanger.
In this study, we sintered micro-stainless steel powder in a corrugated shape plate, measured the nucleate boiling heat transfer coefficient. Nucleate heat transfer coefficient of the sintered plate is greatly superior to the heat transfer coefficient of the plain plate. In this study, plate was sintered by heating at 1200 ℃ using a stainless steel particles size of 40 ~ 100μm.
We compared heat transfer characteristics of single-phase and two-phase between the brazed plate heat exchanger with the sintered stainless steel micro-powder plate (sintered BPHE) and plain plate heat exchanger (BPHE).
