3차원 수치실험에 의한 남해안 양식해역의 하계 수온변동
- Abstract
- To understand the distribution of spatial-temporal temperature in the middle of South Sea of Korea, We analyzed seawater movements, the distribution of water temperature using three-dimensional hydrodynamic model (Princeton Ocean Model) and the tendency of real-time water temperatures from 2009 to 2015 using linear regression equation.
The real-time water temperature was steadily increased at all stations. The maximum increase was 0.033℃/year at Mijo, Namhae. However, the minimum increase was 0.011℃/year at Punghwa, Tongyeong. Increasing water temperature was resulted by Tsushima Current strengthened in summer.
The hydrodynamic model considered tide, real-time water temperature and currents. The directions of tidal currents were generally westward at flood tides and southward at ebb tides. Density currents in deeper than 50m were stronger than in coastal area showing strong northeastward.
The distribution of water temperature was analyzed obtained from the hydrodynamic model results. Water temperature in semi-closed bay such as Gwangyang Bay, Jinju Bay, Sacheon Bay and Masan Bay was relatively higher than open sea. During 70 days, water temperature increased about 1 to 4℃ in oyster farms such as Yeosu, Namhae, Goseong, Tongyeong and Geoje. The water temperature in Namhae and Tongyeong showed higher that 26℃ which is critical water temperature for oysters.
