CGS공법에 의한 항만구조물 연약지반개량 효과에 관한 연구

Abstract
The CGS method is widely used for a restoration of structures experienced differential settlement, a ground reinforcement of abandoned mines and limestone cavern, a reinforcement of foundation embedded in soft ground and a remedy of damaged dam core, and so on. In this study, the CGS method has been applied to secure a bearing capacity and to reduce a settlement of foundation soil below a seawall structure. The effectiveness of the ground improvement by a compaction grouting system has been evaluated through an analysis of the strength characteristics and the settlement of treated foundation soil. The unconfined compressive strength of treated soil was appeared to be far exceeding the design strength and also the settlement was far below the specified value.
