기름방울 형상 생성과 그 보정법
- Abstract
- Recently, many applications in industry is required to figure out the size of a droplet of a cutting fluid or paint in a topographic and micro texture. It needs a combination of measurements technique to characterize the surface topography of the droplet. A confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) with wavelet filtering is one of popular methods to obtain the droplet geometry and it is effective to find the droplet surface with 2μm accuracy resolution. It has been proved that a combination of extended focal depth measurement with multi-scale wavelet filtering can accurately construct the droplet surface. The multi-scale wavelet filtering was developed by using decomposition and reconstruction of the droplet surface by means of 2D wavelet transform with a db7 (a mother wavelet of daubechies). And also, this technique can be extended to characterize the quantification of droplet properties and to other fields with wide scale ranges. This method is verified to find a better droplet surface modeling in a micro scale for a mist machining and a paint deposition. In this study, a mounting error compensation technique was suggested and it was validated to the case of droplet surface. This technique can be combined with the multi-scale wavelet filtering and they can be applied to other geometry constructions with accuracy as well.
