에 나타난 청자경어법 연구

Abstract

This paper is shown hearer-honorific system of Sunheung An-ssi Eongan, a letter written in korean charicters, the aspects of use speech level system and pragmatic factors. We studied a grade of rank and intimacy among relatives and studie final ending in accordance with the mood dividing speech level into three respects forms, suchs as extremely high respect, average respect and lowering speech. A progmatic fator is divided into horizontal relationship and vertical relationship of an addresser and an addressee by applying to ‘power factor’ and ‘solidarity factor’. Vertical relationship is fixed but horizontal relationship is changed cause of ‘solidarity factor’. ‘Solidarity factor’ is more subjective than ‘power factor’ so that intimacy of an addresser and an addressee is eased and speech level occurs. We can see ‘power factor’ among vertical relationship and ‘solidarity factor’ among horizontal relationship after change in speech level. Sunheung An-ssi Eongan reflects social phenomena through hearer-honorific system.
