양배추의 세척방법별 잔류농약 제거효과에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- This study was conducted to examine the removal efficiency of 3 pesticides of parathion-me, chlorpyrifos and dicofol in cabbage by different types of washing method. Washing ingredients such as tap water, 0.5% baking soda solution, 5% vinegar solution, 5% salt solution and 0.5% detergent solution were used for washing time of 1, 5 and 10 min.
The removal rates were 41.4∼60.2% for tap water, 45.4∼53.2 for 0.5% baking soda solution, 47.0∼60.2% for 5% vinegar solution, 53.0∼63.5% for 5% salt solution and 51.5∼66.8% for 0.5% detergent solution.
The removal rate with tap water for 1 min was 41.0%, showing the lowest value than other washing conditions. The removal rate with 0.5% detergent solution for 10 min was 66.8%, showing the highest one than the others.
