클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 통합 해양·수산 스마트 교육 시스템 설계

Abstract

The future society is represented as intelligence based society that requires diverse changes in the society, culture, economy, and education. Especially in education, changes in students and study environment focusing on changes in education paradigm enable rapid reaction to new educational chanllenges. As changes in educatoin environment increase, demand on convenience and better interface for sudents is creasing. Currently, maritime and fisheries education system is in separate operation. For efficient operation and user convenience, integrating the system will satisfy user demand. This paper examines and analyzes current status and problems in separate manatement of maritime and fisheries education system and presents integrated education system. This paper suggests how to establish a system that educators and students can enrol classes and search for information at once. In addition, by storing various education contents and sharing education material in a cloud system, it will increase work efficiency of government employees and parties interrested in maritime and fisheries which will lead to better job performance. The ultimate goal of this paper is to realize Government 3.0 that targets openness, sharing, communication and cooperation by building the platform that shares and opens up various education contents and educational material.
