해풍 차단용 스크린의 유속 및 온도 감쇠에 관한 연구
- Abstract
- Since marine structure work on the deck of vessel is considerably affected by sea wind and sunlight, they should be blocked or controlled. Generally, the structure is composed of screen made of corrosion-proof stainless steel against seawater. However, this screen promotes electric and chemical corrosion, due to seawater corrosion, especially due to intergranular composites (iron, chrome and molybdenum composites intergranular corrosion caused by sea wind. Thus, it is required to take countermeasure against such outcome. Substitution by synthetic resin is one of the methods to cope with such corrosion. Owing to deoiling of resin, however, the demerit of stainless may be supplemented by using resin coated with corrosion-proof resin. Although stainless screen is commonly used to block sea wind and sunlight for marine structure, synthetic resin is used due to defects of stainless screen including corrosion, price, installation weight and difficult processing. However, synthetic resin also has many demerits such as corrosion, damage, etc. If used for long term to single and double screen devices (blocking sea wind and sunlight) screen made of synthetic resin coated materials produced and used to control pressure reduction rate and temperature control effect.
Thus, this dissertation checks corrosion property by analyzing corrosion of stainless screen and using screen mesh produced by coating synthetic resin screen with seawater-proof resin solution. The substitution possibility was checked by producing stainless mesh and 2kinds of coated screen and attaching single and double screen in wind tunnel to investigate pressure reduction rate and temperature reduction rate.
