Identification of Knowledge Management Components for Construction Companies in Vietnam
- Abstract
- 지식경영은 최근 건설업계의 혁신과 비즈니스 성과를 향상시키는 도구로 인식되고 있다. 많은 건설회사가 지식경영을 성공적으로 이행하기를 원하지만, 지식경영을 위해 무엇이 중요한지, 지식경영의 효과와 조직성과를 개선하는 방법을 잘 알지 못하는 실정이다. 의심할 여지없이, 지식경영의 구성 요소에 관한 연구는 건설회사가 지식경영을 효율적으로 구현하는 데 유용하다. 본 연구에서는 베트남 건설회사의 지식경영의 구성 요소를 파악하고 건설회사에서 이들 구성 요소간의 관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 연구의 설문지는 문헌 검토와 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 고안되었습니다. 본 연구에서는 베트남에 있는 건설회사에 근무하는 전문가와 관리자로부터 데이터 수집을 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 평균 점수 방법을 사용하여 건설회사의 지식 영향 요인, 지식 창출 요인, 지식경영 결과 및 조직 성과 지표를 확인했다. 구조방정식 모델을 사용하여, 지식 창출 과정 뿐만 아니라 지식경영 영향 요소 관계에 대한 상호 관계를 규명했다. 회귀분석법을 이용하여, 지식경영 효과에 커다란 영향을 미치는 지식경영 영향 요인과 지식 창출 요인을 규명하고, 또한 조직성과에 커다란 영향을 미치는 지식 영향 요인과 지식경영 성과를 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 건설회사에 지식경영의 효율성과 조직 성과를 향상시키는 방법에 대한 더 나은 이해를 제공할 것으로 사료된다.
