금관총 출토 명문 속의 '이사지왕'에 대한 검토

Abstract

The National Museum of Korea recently discovered - during the conservation treatment of an ancient ring-pommel sword unearthed at the Geumgwanchong Tomb in 1921 - the swords "King Isaji" engraved on the scabbard. Historians regard the discovery as important because it is the first such discovery at a tomb of ancient Silla. But nobody knows who King Isaji is. Because it never discovered at 󰡔Samguksaki󰡕 and 󰡔Samgukyusa󰡕. So refer to the 󰡔Nihonshowki󰡕 that analyze the swords "King Isaji" engraved on the scabbard. As a result, "King Isaji" is "Isabu", the general of ancient Silla. Because of this, it can make new set of Geumgwanchong's age. Or base on archeological research, it can make conjecture to "Isabu gave the swords to King Isaji".
