산업재해조사 항목의 개선방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of the investigation of occupational accidents is to reveal clearly the cause of the accident and intends to prevent the accident of the same type in advance finding the most appropriate measures. But, looking at the current Korea accident investigation report, it had limitations that information dose not reflect fully about working conditions or environment at the time of the accident. This study collected and classified the accident investigation report, application form of medical care expense in Korea and accident investigation reports of foreign countries and accident investigation reports of domestic companies. 20 accident investigation reports of foreign country were collected from 5 different countries. 22 accident investigation reports of domestic companies were collected from 12 domestic companies. Collected accident investigation reports were organized and analysed using Excel(Microsoftⓡ). Because analysed items were differently classified by countries and companies, every collected items in accident investigation reports were reorganized. As a result of comparing the main items of accident investigation report of Korea, foreign countries and domestic companies, information of the injured person, reporter, workplace, witnesses, hospital informations and accidents were found in almost every investigation. Informations of the reporter, safety supervisors and management supervisors were collected in the domestic companies and foreign countries, but did not in Korea. All reports of investigations included such detail items: personal information and job of injured person, overview of accident information, prevention plan, body parts affected, nature of injure from the information of accident. But detail items such as job of injured person, protective equipment from the information of accident were not investigated in Korea. Checklists for investigation method were used to find the cause accidents in the forms of the United States and domestic company B and F. Especially, the systematic analysing tool such as root cause analysis was used in the domestic company H, K and L.
