Performance Improvement of Refrigerative Dehumidifier with Heat Pipe
Abstract
In industrial environment, dehumidification is very important in the production and management of products. Industry environment is relatively spacious, there are many energy to be used for dehumidification. Therefore, there is a need to enhance the dehumidification performance of the dehumidifier. Refrigerative dehumidifier are widely used in the structure is simple and easy-maintenance benefit. The efficiency of the refrigerative dehumidifier is a situation in which the limit. This new method is thought to be necessary in order to enhance the dehumidifying efficiency.
In this paper, we want to review the effectiveness of improving the dehumidification process by applying a heat pipe dehumidification of additional equipment to improve the efficiency of dehumidifiers, heat pipe effect. To prepare a dehumidifier equipped with a heat pipe. In a standard environment, the dehumidification performance, power consumption were analyzed. Experimental results, Check the dehumidification efficiency improves, and it was confirmed the evaporation temperature is lowered. It is considered that can be used to enhance the dehumidifying efficiency. Also, It is determined to be possible even in a low dew point of the dehumidified environment who did not apply the conventional cooled dehumidifier through experiments evaporation temperature is lowered. It is considered appropriate to apply a heat pipe when designing a refrigerative dehumidifier.
