교육행정정보시스템의 결함분석에 관한 연구

Abstract

정부의 교육정보화에 따른 교육행정의 전산화는 교원의 업무경감과 교육행정 업무의 효율성 제고를 목표로 지속적인 변화를 거듭해왔고 교육행정정보시스템이 완성되었다. 교육행정정보시스템은 나이스대국민서비스, 업무포털시스템 그리고 인증기관 등으로 구성된다. 학생, 학부모, 일반인들은 자신의 민원을 처리하게 되고, 교직원 등 업무 관계자들은 단일 로그인으로 업무포털 시스템으로 접속하여 업무를 처리하게 되며, 이때 대국민서비스와 업무포털시스템은 인증기관을 통해 접속하게 된다. 이런 교육행정정보가 도입되면서 NEIS의 성과에 관한 평가가 주된 연구 주제였다면 이제부터는 이러한 시스템이 정상적으로 동작하는지에 대해 결함 개선에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 따라서 먼저 NEIS 내 업무포털시스템의 기능 블록도에서 그 결함들을 기능적으로 정의한 다음, 결함 어골도 분석(FFA)를 수행한 후 결함의 구조를 파악하여 평가를 수행하는 분석 방법을 통해 시스템의 기능 및 보안성을 개선하는 방법을 적용시킨 결과 개선 차수가 높아짐에 따라 개선율이 초기값 대비 최고 66%까지 도달됨을 보여주었다.

The NEIS(National Education Information System) was introduced with the aim of reducing the work of teachers and improving the efficiency of educational administration work. The NEIS consists of Nationwide service of NEIS, Business portal system of NEIS, Authentication management system and so on. Students, parents and civil petitioners handle civil affairs through Nationwide service of NEIS and teachers and persons of task conduct theirs business by accessing the Business portal system of NEIS. At this time, users have to obtain their certification from Authentication management system. And the most important and most important of these is the Business portal system of NEIS. Previous Studies were mainly focused on the evaluation about its performance according to the introduction of NEIS. But from now on there is a growing interest in security assessment and an efficient method for security improvement to check if NEIS works properly. Therefore, in this thesis, we'll propose an analytic framework in which security assessment is carried out after comprehending the fault structures through performing Fault Fishbone Analysis based on the Fault Tree Analysis. As a result of the Business portal system of NEIS applied, the system had the highest rate of improvement to 66 percent.
