니트릴고무의 함량이 IIR/NBR blend의 물성에 미치는 영향

Abstract
The blending of isobutylene isoprene rubber(IIR) with nitrile rubber(NBR) was carried out on an open 2-roll mill following the conventional polymer blend method and then other ingredients were added. Vulcanized sheets were prepared using a hot press and cure behaviors, maximum torque value, mechanical properties, thermal property, dynamic mechanical properties, oil resistance and ozone resistance proprties were subsequently examined. Also, optimum cure time, scorch time and heat resistance of the specimens were examined. As the content of NBR increased torque value of cure curve, hardness and maximum torque value increased, however optimum cure time and scorch time decreased. It was found that volume change was decreased, oil resistance was increased and ozone resistance was worsed with loading of NBR content. With increasing of heat aging time hardness was increased, tensile strength and elongation at break was decreased.
