보육에 대한 학부모의 비합리적 인식척도 개발을 위한 기초연구

Abstract

본 연구는 보육에 대한 학부모의 이해를 증진하기 위한 기초 단계로 학부모의 보육에 대한 비합리적 인식을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 목적에 따라 설정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육에 대한 학부모의 비합리적 인식척도의 구성은 어떠한가? 둘째, 보육에 대한 학부모의 비합리적 인식척도의 양호도는 어떠한가? 셋째, 보육에 대한 학부모의 비합리적 인식척도의 신뢰도는 어떠한가? 넷째, 보육에 대한 학부모의 비합리적 인식척도의 타당도는 어떠한가? 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 구성 개념 탐색 및 문항 개발 그룹 인터뷰 및 전문가 적절성 검증을 통하여 척도시안을 개발한 후, 통계적 분석을 통해 척도를 타당화 하는 과정을 거쳤다. 먼저, 문헌분석과 개방형 설문, 심층면담, 그룹 인터뷰, 전문가 검증을 통해 총 요인 7요인과 26문항의 척도시안을 개발하였다. 부산시 6개 어린이집, 1개 직장어린이집, 1개 국공립어린이집에 재원하고 있는 영유아의 학부모를 대상으로 7요인 26문항에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 탐색적 요인 분석을 통해 보육교사의 역할 5문항, 어린이집 지위 4문항, 학부모의 지위 5문항, 보육교사의 자격 3문항, 어린이집 운영 3문항, 보육의 목적 2문항, 보육교사의 전문성 4문항으로 선별 되었고 요인간 상관분석으로 척도안의 타당한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 학부모들의 비합리적 인식과 비교할 때 교사들이 직접 느끼는 학부모들의 보육에 비합리적 인식을 실제 보육 현장에서 면담한 자료를 토대로 척도를 개발하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 교사들이 학부모들의 비합리적 인식을 직접 느꼈던 학부모들의 언어나 행동들을 바탕으로 문항을 개발하였다는 점에서 기존 척도와는 달리 보육현실을 반영한 척도라는 점에서 의미를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

Preliminary Study for Development of the Parents Irrational Perception Scale on Child Care

Abstract The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a scale that can measure irrational perception about parental care as a basic step to promote parental understanding of child care. First, how is the context of irrational perception scale of parents in the child care? Second, how is the quality of irrational perception scale of parents in the child care? Third, how is the reliability of irrational perception scale of parents in the child care? Fourth, how is the validity of irrational perception scale of parents in the child care? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we developed a draft scale by exploring configuration concept, developing the questionnaires through group interview and verification from the experts. And verified its reliability and validity with randomly selected parents. Preferentially, we developed 7 factors and 26 scales for the total factor through analysis of the literature, open questionnaire, in - depth interview, group interview, and expert verification. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 7 factors and 26 items for parents of infants and young children who are attending Busan 6 daycare centers, 1 work-daycare center and 1 Government-supported daycare center. With exploratory factor analysis, I was able to select 5 items for the role of the child care teacher, 4 items for the status of day-care center, 5 items for the parents' position, 3 items for qualification of child care teacher, 3 items for management of day-care center, 2 items for goal of child care and 4 items for professionalism of child care teacher. And was confirmed to be valid in the scale by human correlation analysis. This study is meaningful in that the teachers developed the scale based on the interviews of the irrational perception scale of the parents who are directly felt by the parents in the actual child care field compared with the existing parents' irrational perception scale. In addition, the developed scale is more suitable than the existing scales because the teachers developed the items based on the parents' language and behaviors, who felt irrational perception scale of the parents.
