얼굴이미지와 직업적 성격유형에 따른 직무 적합성 탐색

Abstract

본 연구는 얼굴이미지와 직업적 성격유형에 따른 직무 적합성을 탐색하고, 인재를 적재적소에 배치하기 위한 사무형 면접평가표와 직무배치표를 구안하는 것이다. 직무에 대한 만족도를 결정하는 가장 중요한 요인은 직업 자체보다는 개인의 성격과 직업이 얼마나 잘 부합하느냐에 있다. 개인의 소질이나 자질에 맞는 직무배치는 조직의 성공과 직결되며, 이러한 부분에 대한 정보와 자료를 제공하기 위해 얼굴이미지와 직업적 성격유형에 따른 직무 적합성을 탐색할 필요성이 있다. 이를 위해 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 직업적 성격유형에 따른 얼굴이미지는 어떠한 특징이 있는가. 둘째, 성격유형에 따른 얼굴형태소와 성격 간의 상관관계는 어떠한가. 셋째, 얼굴형태소가 나타내는 특징이 사무형의 기본자질 판단에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가. 넷째, 사무형 면접평가표 및 직무배치표는 어떻게 구안할 것인가. 1차 설문에서 200명을 대상으로 성격유형별 얼굴형태소와 성격 간의 상관관계 등을 조사하였으며, 2차 설문에서는 203명을 대상으로 얼굴형태소가 나타내는 특징이 사무형의 기본자질 판단에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이들 자료들은 SPSS V.23 통계 프로그램과 UCINET 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석, 사회연결망 분석 등의 통계처리방법에 의해 분석되었다. 연구결과 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업적 성격유형에 따른 얼굴이미지 분석에서는 자신이 속한 직업적 성격유형과 얼굴이미지에 나타난 성격은 매우 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성격유형에 따른 얼굴형태소와 성격 간의 상관관계는 얼굴형태소의 특징에 따라 성격과 상관관계가 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 얼굴형태소가 나타내는 특징은 사무형의 기본자질인 성실성, 책임감, 적극성, 지구력 등의 판단에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 계란형 얼굴, 사각형 얼굴, 역삼각형 얼굴, 처진형 눈썹, 눈꼬리가 내려간 눈, 얇은 입술은 성실성에, 사각형 얼굴, 역삼각형 얼굴, 높은 코, 긴 코, 일자형 입은 책임감에, 짙은 눈썹, 눈꼬리가 올라간 눈, 큰 입은 적극성에, 사각형 얼굴, 마름모형 얼굴, 작은 눈, 긴 눈, 눈꼬리가 내려간 눈은 지구력의 판단에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 얼굴형태소가 사무형의 기본자질 판단에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 사무형의 직무에 맞는 사람을 적재적소에 배치하기 위한 사무형 면접평가표와 직무배치표를 구안하였다. 이 연구는 다음과 같은 의의를 갖는다. 첫째, 얼굴이미지에 나타난 성격은 직무의 특성을 예측할 수 있는 하나의 단서가 될 수 있는 가능성을 제공한다. 둘째, 본 연구는 개념화 단계이지만 본 연구결과를 활용하여 직원을 배치하기 위한 척도를 만드는데 기초자료를 제공해주는 것으로서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate job suitability according to facial images and vocational personality types , and to form an office interview score sheet and job assignment sheet for placement of talent in the right place. The most important factor in determining job satisfaction is how well the personality and occupation match than the job itself. Job placement according to a person's qualities and qualifications is directly related to the success of the organization, and thus, in order to provide information and data about these elements, there is a need to search for job suitability according to facial images and vocational personality types. The following research questions were set up for this purpose. First, what are the characteristics of facial images according to vocational personality types? Second, what is the correlation between facial morphemes and personality according to personality types? Third, how do the characteristics of facial morphemes affect the judgment of the basic qualities of the office work? Fourth, how do you develop an interview score sheet and job assignment sheet? In the first questionnaire, the correlation between facial morphemes and personality by personality types was investigated in 200 subjects. Inthesecondquestionnaire,theinfluenceofthe facialmorphemecharacteristicsonthejudgmentofbasicqualitiesofofficeworktypeswasexaminedin203subjects.These datawereanalyzedbystatisticalprocessingmethodssuchasreliabilityanalysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and social network analysis using SPSS V.23 statistical program and UCINET program. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, in analyzing facial image according to vocational personality types, the personality type of a facial images and vocational personality type that they belong to are very similar. Second, the correlation between facial morphemes and personalities by personality types is analyzed to be highly correlated with personality according to facial morpheme characteristics. Third, the characteristics of facial morphemes were analyzed to affect the judgment of basic qualities of office type: sincerity, responsibility, activeness and endurance. Egg-shaped face, square face, inverted triangular face, obtuse eyebrows, eyes with lowered eyes, thin lips affect judgment of integrity and square face, inverted triangular face, high nose, long nose, straight-on mouth affect judgment of responsibility and dark eyebrows, raised eyes, and big mouth affect the judgment of activeness and square face, rhombus face, small eye, long eyes, and lowered eyes affected the judgment of endurance. Fourth, based on the analysis of the effects of facial morphemes on the judgment of basic qualities of office work, interview score sheet and job assignment sheet were developed to place the right people in right positions according to different job descriptions. This study has the following significance. First, the personalities recognized by face images provide a possibility to be a clue in predicting the characteristics of occupational positions. Second, although in its conceptualization stage, this study is meaningful in that the results of this study provides basic data for developing a scale for staffing.
